PREPLACEMENT

Fadhil Health provides a preplacement service that assesses any disclosure of an underlying ill health based on the level of function of the individual employee.

Based on this tailored recommendations can be made to management with the aim of helping put in place adjustments (if needed) that will prevent the likelihood of aggravation, poor attendance or performance

In Clinc

Where necessary individual employees may be required to attend clinic for face to face consultations with specialists 

Secure Online

Online portals where managers can submit referrals and access outcome reports. Employees can also submit assessment forms 

Mobile Unit

A fully equiped mobile unit can be brought onsite for surveillance and other clinical service if a space (or the right conditions) cannot be found on client sites .

Onsite

A practitioner can run an Occupational health clinic onsite in a dedicated room or space on the premises of a client organisation subject to the right conditions being agreed upon. Health promotion campaigns can also be run onsite for client organisations 

Secure Video and Telephone consultations

Where individual employees cannot make it to clinics for face to face consultations secure telephone consultations can be arranged.
